摘  要:对采用铜模压铸制备的亚快速凝固A1—10Ti中间合金在不同温度和时间下进行保温或重熔处理,采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜和Image—ProPlus6.0软件观察和分析A1—10Ti中间合金中A1,Ti相颗粒的微观特征。结果表明:与普通A1.10Ti中间合金相比,亚快速凝固能显著减小合金中Al,Ti相颗粒尺寸、增加其形状因子妒值。亚快速凝固A1—10Ti中间合金的最佳熔炼工艺参数为:熔炼温度1300℃,保温时间30~35min。当保温或重熔温度和保温时间增加时,亚快速凝固A1—10Ti合金中A1,Ti颗粒尺寸和该相的形状因子p值增加。在650℃保温时,Al,Ti相以脱溶析出和Ostwald熟化两种方式长大;在720℃以上重熔时,在重熔初期Al2rri相以Ostwald熟化和合并生长两种方式长大,在重熔后期则主要以合并方式长大。Al-10Ti master alloy was processed under the condition of sub-rapid solidification (SRS), and then the SRS samples were remelted at different temperatures for different time and quenched in water. Microstructure of the alloy was examined and analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software. The results show that the size of A13Ti particles in SRS AI-10Ti master alloy decreases significantly and the value of shape factor of the particles increases, compared with the as- received master alloy. Appropriate remelting parameters of the alloy were determined as : melting temperature of 1300 ℃ and holding time of 30-35 min. Both size and value of A13Ti particles in remehed SRS AI-10Ti master alloy increase with the increasing of remelting temperature and holding time. At 650 ℃ , A13Ti particles grow up by exsolution precipitation and Ostwald ripening. However, above 720 ℃ , A13Ti particles grow up by merging and Ostwald ripening at first and then mainly by merging of the small particles.
