学术管理视域中研究生学术不端行为的治理

摘　　要：研究生学术不端行为与学术管理存在着一定的内在联系,其中科研功能的异化、招生培养制度的偏差以及科研评价考核的缺陷是导致研究生学术不端行为的重要因素。从学术管理的视角出发,要加强学术规范建设与学术道德教育,更要重视学术研究的价值重塑、招生与培养的策略调整以及研究生学术不端行为预防与治理机制的建构。Academic misconduct by postgraduate students is internally related to academic management. The alienation of the purposes of scientific research, deviations in recruitment and training, and shortcomings in research evaluation are important factors of such misconduct. From a perspective of academic management, it is proposed that academic norms and ethics be strengthened, values of academic research be rebuilt, recruitment and training strategies be adjusted, and effective prevention and control mechanisms be introduced to curb academic wrongdoings.
