摘  要:培养研究生创新意识,引导并激励其创新行为,是提升研究生教育质量和国家竞争力的重要保障。本研究构建并验证了研究生创新行为激励因素的五维结构模型,分析了其结构特征。单因素方差分析结果表明:性别对挑战困难维度的主效应显著,学科专业对个人兴趣维度的主效应显著,工作经验对任务驱动维度的主效应显著,读研目的对挑战困难和个人兴趣维度的主效应显著,年级差异对创新行为激励因素各维度的影响不显著。Fostering graduate students' sense of innovation and motivating their innovative behavior are an important guarantee to improve the quality of graduate education and national competitiveness. This study developed a five-dimension model of motivating factors of graduate students' innovative behavior and verified its structural characteristics. The results of one-way ANOVA indicate that statistically there is a significant difference between genders in the difficulty-challenging dimension, a significant difference between areas of specialization in the self-expression dimension, a significant difference concerning work experience in the task-driven dimension, and a significant difference regarding the purpose of study' in the difficulty-challenging and self-expression dimensions; but the difference in terms of students' year of study has no statistically significant effect on any dimension' of motivating factors of innovative behavior.
