摘 要:目的:通过抗拉伸强度的分析,研究光固化复合树脂、京津牙釉质粘合树脂和CX粘结剂对托槽粘结强度的影响。方法:实验分为3组,分别使用光固化复合树脂粘接剂、京津牙釉质粘合树脂、CX粘结剂粘结托槽,对托槽进行抗拉伸力测试。结果:实验1组2组、3组的抗拉伸强度分别为(5.44±1.39)Mpa,(5.86±0.89)Mpa,(1.33±0.38)Mpa。实验1组和实验2组的抗拉伸强度明显高于实验3组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),实验1组和实验2组的抗拉伸强度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:光固化复合树脂和京津牙釉质粘合树脂对于正畸托槽的粘结强度无差异,但都明显大于CX粘结剂。Objective: To explore the adhesive strength among light-cured composite, the jing-jin enamel adhesive resin and CX adhesive agent. Methods: The experiment was divided into three groups. In the group 1, the orthodontic brackets were bonded with light-cured composite. Group 2 and group 3 were bonded with jing-jin enamel adhesive resin and CX adhesive agent respectively. The adhesive strengths of each group were measured by testing machine. Results: The adhesive strengths of three group were (5.44± 1.39) Mpa, (5.86 ±0. 89) Mpa, ( 1.33 ± 0. 38) Mpa respectively. The adhesive strengths of group 1 and group 2 were much higher than that of group 3, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05). There was no statistical significance between group 1 and group 2 (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: There was no significant difference between light-cured composite and jing-jin enamel ad- hesive resin, but the adhesive strengths of them are both higher than CX adhesive agent.
