摘 要:目的:探讨散发型Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(sCJD)的临床、脑电图、弥散加权成像(DWI)特点及诊断价值。方法:对2例sCJD患者的临床特征、脑电图改变和头颅磁共振DWI异常信号进行分析。结果:2例患者脑电图均有特征性改变--周期性同步放电(periodic synchronous discharge,PSD),反复多次动态检查有利于提高阳性率;DWI病变主要分布于皮层及纹状体,DWI对于早期发现特异的皮层和基底节高信号优于传统磁共振的T_1WI、T_2WI及FLAIR技术。结论:脑电图及头颅磁共振DWI技术具有无创、快捷优点,有助于sCJD早期诊治。Objective: To investigate the feature and value of clinical manifestations, EEG and diffusion-weighted MRI ( DWI ) in patients with sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease ( sCJD ) . Methods : Systemic study was performed on the clinical features, EEG changes, and head magnetic resonance imaging DWI abnormal signal of 2 patients with sCJD. Results: Two patients' EEG have characteristic changes - the periodic synchronous discharge ( PSD ) , repeated dynamic examination could help to improve the positive rate; the lesions mainly distributed in the cortex and basal ganglia in DWI. The specific ganglia high signal of cortex and basal in DWI is earlier than of MRI T1WI, TzWI and FLAIR technology. Conclusions: EEG and magnetic resonance imaging DWI technology have the advantage of non-invasive and fast and can help early diagnosis and treatment of sCJD.
