儿童癫癎24小时动态脑电图与常规脑电图分析

摘　　要：目的:动态脑电图与常规脑电图检查对儿童癫癎的应用价值分析。方法:对252例儿童癫癎病人先行常规脑电图检查后,再行24小时动态脑电图记录,分别分析癎样放电的检出率。结果:24小时动态脑电图异常率为90.47%(228/252),癎样放电率为77.77%(196/252),并多在非动眼睡眠的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期出现。常规脑电图异常率56.74%,癎性放电29.76%。结论:24小时动态脑电图检查大大的提高了儿童癫癎的检出率。常规脑电图的非特异性改变检出率相对高。Objective： To analyze the value applied of dynamic and routine electroencephalogram in children＇s epilepsy. Methods： 24-hour dynamic electroencephalogram after routine electroencephalogram was recorded in 252 child patient with epilepsy, then analyzed detection rate of epileptiform discharging. Results： The abnormal rate of 24-hour dynamic electroencephalogram is 90.47% （ 228/252 ） , and the discharging rate of epilepsy is 77.77% （ 196/252 ） .Them occur at the I and II non-eye movement periods. The abnormal rate of routine electroencephalogram is 56.74%, and the discharging rate of epilepsy is 29.76%. Conclusion： The 24-hour dynamic electroencephalogram increased the detection rate of children＇s epilepsy. The detection rate of routine electroencephalogram is relatively higher in nonspecial change.
