摘　　要：学习支持服务是保证现代远程教育质量的关键。本文以天津广播电视大学奥鹏学习中心回访学生单位的学习支持服务工作为研究案例进行尝试和探索,提出建立教育机构(院校)、辅导教师—用人单位—学生三方联动的学习支持服务体系的构想。Learning support service is the key to guarantee the quality of modem distance education. As a study case, the open learning center of Tianjin Radio ＆ TV University visits the students＇ units and studies the learning support service.This paper makes attempt and exploration. The author proposes the establishment of educational institutions （colleges）, tutor-support service system to the employer-students three linkage learning framework.
