摘　　要：1903年建校的韩师是我国第一批、广东省第一所专门培养师资的学校。百年韩师办学传统与经验可以高度概括为四个方面,即:以校训"勤教力学,为人师表"为贯穿始终的办学理念;传承潮汕文化教育的地方特色;与时俱进的科类与专业设置;侨资、社会各界、海外校友的捐资助学。Hanshan Normal University（HSNU） was founded in 1903, which was then the first school to train teachers in Guangdong and one of the earliest normal school in the country.It＇ s school-running tradition and experience can be summarized in four aspects： the concept of school-running expressed in the motto＂ Be diligent in teaching and industrious in learning. Be a teacher of exemplary virtue＂; the inheritance of cultural education with Chaoshan features the subjects and curriculum setting; the funds to assist students and dona- tions for education from overseas alumnus and from people of all walks ot life in the society.
