摘　　要：随着中国即将加入WTO ,跨国公司的大量进入将成为一种趋势。本文对跨国公司进入与中国的技术进步效果、市场保护、人力资本损益关系等经济全球化下中国经济发展的重要问题进行了探讨。It is evident that a number of multinational companies will enter into China as China is about to enter into the WTO. This paper explores some important issues concerning China's economic development in the globalization of the economy, such as the results of China's technological progress, the protection of markets, the relationship between gains and losses of human capital.
