摘　　要：高考改革的"公共领域"是指高考改革决策机构和社会公众之间的公共空间,它是一个公共舞台,是一个在这里民众可以就其有关高考改革的公共事务进行协商、辩论和批判,进而对高考改革的决策产生影响的领域。由于历史和社会原因,我国高考改革的"公共领域"发育尚不成熟。建立有效机制,搭建和完善高考改革的"公共领域"对于高考改革意义重大。The 'public domain' of the college entrance examination reform is the public space between the policy-making organization of college entrance examination reformation and the public.It is a public stage,where the public may carry out the consultation,make debates,criticize something concerning the public affairs of college entrance examination reform,and thus influence the college entrance examination reform's decision.For both historical and social reasons,the 'public domain' of college entrance examination reform is immature.Therefore,it is significant to build an effective mechanism,establish and consummate the 'public domain' of the college entrance examination reform.
