新资助政策体系的教育功能及机制研究

摘　　要：通过对既有研究成果的梳理和反思,结合实证研究结论,提出新资助政策体系蕴含着丰富的教育功能,是一个集经济解困、思想引导、心理援助和能力发展等多项功能于一体的教育资助体系。现阶段高校教育资助工作的重心是要不断探索新的实践机制来充分挖掘现有资助体系的丰富教育内涵,将育人理念贯穿于高校资助工作的各项具体政策之中,提高学生资助水平,让每个家庭经济困难的学生都能成为有用之才,最终实现"资助与育人相统一"的总体目标。Based on reflection of existing related papers,this paper proposes a new point based on empirical findings that the new financial aid system contains rich educational functions including financial aid,ideological guidance,psychological assistance and ability improvement.Accordingly,this paper believes that the focus of educational aid in universities at this stage is to fully extract the rich educational content of the current funding system by exploring new practical mechanism,and ultimately to achieve the overall objectives of 'the unity of financial aid and educating people'.
