摘 要:为了研究组装式钢货架中螺栓连接梁柱节点的刚度、承载力和耗能性能,进行了节点单调加载和反复加载试验。结果表明:改变横梁与连接板的相对位置对梁柱节点的初始刚度、极限承载力和变形特征均有影响;当横梁位于连接板上侧时,节点中承受向上拉力的一侧连接板被螺栓撕裂,此种节点的初始刚度和极限承载力最小;横梁焊接在连接板中下部的2种节点在横梁产生较大转角(超过0.18rad)后,承载力并没有下降;在单调加载试验中,由于螺栓与螺栓孔壁之间存在着间隙,螺栓会发生滑移,使试件的弯矩-转角曲线出现转折;反复加载试验得到的节点荷载-转角滞回曲线呈Z形,每个加载级的节点能量耗散系数与割线刚度随着加载循环次数的增加而减小。In order to investigate stiffness, bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of bolted beam-to-column connections used in assembled steel storage racks, two groups of connection specimens were tested under monotonic and cyclic loading respectively. The results indicate that changing the relative position of beams stiffness, ultimate bearing capacity and deformation and connecting plates has influence on initial property of beam-to-column connections. As the beam is close to the top margin of connecting plate, the part of connecting plate bearing the upward tension is silt by the bolt. The initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of this kind of connection are the lowest. As the beam is welded to the middle or lower part of the connecting plate, there is no drop for the bearing capacity of connections after the beam rotates a large angle (exceeding 0.18 tad). For squeeze of bolts, the bolt holes in column webs become larger. One side of connecting plates welded on beams shows twisted deformation. In the monotonic loading test, the gap between bolt and bolt hole makes the slippage of bolt, which makes turning points arise in the moment-rotation curves of specimens. In the cyclic loading test, the moment-rotation hysteretic curves of specimens show Z-shaped. For each loading grade, the energy dissipation coefficient and scant stiffness of connections decrease with loading cycles increasing.
