摘 要:随着农村学校布局调整的推进,许多农村小规模学校被撤并,农村富余教师大量出现。当前农村学校在富余教师的安置问题上面临安置原则模糊,安置过程民主化透明化程度低,以及先入为主地把农村富余教师当作麻烦等困扰。为妥善安置农村学校富余教师,首先要转变对这一问题的审视立场,把农村学校富余教师安置看成是一个提高农村师资质量、优化农村学校教师结构的过程,并在转变立场的基础上,认真探讨农村富余教师安置原则,重点研究农村学校富余教师安置思路和程序,并探索相应的配套措施。With the advancement of rural school consolidation,many small-scale rural schools were merging,which caused a large number of redundancy teachers.At present,rural schools have some problems in the process of resettling redundancy teachers,such as the fuzzy resettling principles,the low level of transparency and democratization,the preconceptions of taking rural redundancy teachers as a problem and so on.For the proper resettlement of rural redundancy teachers,we must firstly change the standpoint on this issue,taking the resettlement of rural redundancy teachers as a process of improving teacher quality and optimizing teacher structure in rural schools.Then,resettling principles should be carefully discussed,focusing on the thought and procedures of the resettlement,and corresponding measures should be taken.
