摘  要:以柳枝为原料制备模压板材,采用正交试验法研究固化温度、固化时间、预压压力、浸胶量等因素对柳枝模压板材物理力学性能的影响,结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:固化温度130℃,固化时间3 min/mm,预压压力15 MPa,浸胶量9%。The willow braches were processed into board by press-moulding technology. Orthogonal experimental method was used to study the influence relationship between experimental factors and physical-mechanical properties of press-moulding board. These factors were cure temperature, curing time, pre-pressure value and adhesion impregnation amount. Then the optimum technology parameters were specified. The results showed that the optipnum technology parameters were cure temperature 130℃ ; curing time 3min/mm; pre-pressure 15 Mpa; adhesion impregnation amount 9%.
