摘　　要：ＶＢ是设计Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下应用软件的有效工具，把它应用于 ＣＡＩ课件制作是这一研究领域的一大进展。本文首先简要介绍了 Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｂａｓｉｃ的功能和特点，然后给出了利用 ＶＢ开发ＣＡＩ课件的编程技巧和关键技术。VB is the effective tool on the design of application software in windows. It comes into use on the devoloping Multimedia CAI software, which is the advance in the research field. At first, the paper chiefly introduces the functions and properties of Visual Basic, then it gives the programming methods and technologes of Computer Aide instruction software, which developed by Visual Basic.
