摘 要:针对太原地区水资源严重短缺、供需矛盾日益尖锐的问题,为了使引黄入晋工程最大限度地缓解太原地区缺水情形,根据该地区水资源开发利用现状及地区发展规划,建立基于改进蚁群算法的太原市受水区多目标水资源优化配置模型。该模型引入生态效益目标,以用水效益最大、研究区缺水量最小和生态需水满足程度最大等综合效益作为规划目标,以水源可供水量、用户需水量等作为模型约束条件,并采用改进的蚁群算法进行求解,得到2015、2020两水平年的水资源优化配置方案。通过对优化结果的对比分析,表明该模型应用效果良好,优化配置结果有效减轻了地下水的供水压力,促进了水资源的高效利用。For the serious shortage of water resources and the contradmtlon between water supply anct aemana in Taiyuan region, multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources is built by taking maximization economic and ecological benefits and minimization water deficient as targets, especially the ecological environment benefit factors is in- troduced by taking water supply and water requirement as constraints in order to take advantage of engineering benefits of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province. An improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to solve the model. The results of water resources optimal allocation are obtained by taking 2015 and 2020 as level years. According to analy- sis of optimization results, optimal allocation of water resources effectively alleviates the pressure of the groundwater sup- ply and enhances utilization efficiency of water resources and promotes the effective utilization of water resources.
