摘 要:劳动报酬的提高引发了学者对其可能带来的负面就业效应的担忧。在一个均衡劳动力市场上,提高劳动报酬会阻碍就业。然而我国的劳动力市场是一个以存在大量剩余劳动力为典型特征的非均衡市场,劳动者的实际报酬低于劳动投入的边际贡献,劳动力市场存在明显的负向扭曲,劳动报酬的提高不会对就业产生显著的负面影响。而且提高劳动报酬能起到扩大内需的效果,有利于提升就业水平,改善劳动力市场失衡状况。The continuing rising of remuneration of labor in recent years has aroused particular attention because of its negative effects of on employment. The rising of remuneration of labor will lower employment in a balanced ia- bor market. However, labor market of our country is an imbalanced labor market, characterized by the existence of large quantity of surplus labor force. The remuneration of laborer is below their marginal contribution. And there exists negative distortion in labor market. As a result, rising remuneration of labor have no negative effect on em- ployment. Moreover, rising remuneration of labor can stimulate domestic demand, which is beneficial to employ- ment and the realizing of labor market equilibrium.
