摘 要:目的 探讨Smo及Gli1蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测68例食管鳞癌、35例癌旁不典型增生和68例正常食管黏膜组织中Smo及Gli1的蛋白表达,并分析其与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理学参数间的关系.结果 在正常食管黏膜、癌旁不典型增生及食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Smo蛋白的阳性表达率依次增高,分别为0%(0/38)、28.6%(10/35)和69.1% (47/68),组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Gli1蛋白的阳性表达率在正常食管黏膜、癌旁不典型增生及食管鳞癌组织中亦依次增高,分别为2.6%(1/38)、34.3%(12/35)和73.5%(50/68),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Smo与Gli1的阳性表达率均与食管鳞状细胞癌组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P均<0.05).结论 Smo及Gli1蛋白表达升高可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移相关.[ Abstract] Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of Smo protein and Glil protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods The expressions of Smo protein and Glil protein in 68 cases of ESCC tissue, 35 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissue, and 68 cases of normal esophageal mucosa tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry methods, and its re- lationships with clinicopathological parameters of ESCC were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Smo protein in normal esophageal epithelium specimens, adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and ESCC tissue were 0% (0/38), 28.6% ( 10/35 ) , 69. 1% (47/68), respectively. There were signifi- cant differences between the groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive expression rates of Glil protein in normal esophageal epithelium specimens, adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and ESCC tissue were 2.6% ( 1/38 ) , 34.3% ( 12/35 ), 73.5% ( 50/68 ), respectively. There were significant differences between the groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive expression rates of Smo and Glil mRNA were closely related to the histological grade, infiltrative depth, lymphatic node metastasis and TNM grade in ESCC ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The increased expression levels of Smo and Glil protein may be related to the genesis, de- velooment, invasion and metastasis of ESCC.
