增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变眼科手术前后的生存质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体切除手术前后生存质量及其相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计的生存质量调查问卷对2008~2010年期间入住南通大学附属医院眼科病房的患有糖尿病视网膜病变并且进行玻璃体切除手术治疗的患者进行调查,共62例,比较其手术治疗前后的生存质量,并分析影响生存质量的相关因素。结果糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体切除术后的各方面评分均比术前高,影响生存质量的因素有家庭支持（t=3.59,P﹤0.05）、社会支持（t=4.12,P﹤0.05）、年龄（F=7.66,P﹤0.05）、学历（F=6.51,P﹤0.05）、病程（F=12.05,P﹤0.05）、血糖程度（F=11.87,P﹤0.05）。结论患者术后的生存质量明显改善,要全面提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的生存质量,家庭支持和社会支持等是主要影响因素。OBJECTIVE Quality of life and the influencing factors in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy before and after receiving a vitrectomy were studied. METHODS A total of 62 diabetic retinopathy patients, who were hospitalized at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University between 2008 and 2010 and were treated with vitrectomy, were surveyed using questionnaires designed by our group to evaluate their quality of life before and after the surgery. The factors influencing their quality of life were also analyzed. RESULTS All scores on post-vitreetomic conditions in the surveyed diabetic retinopathy patients were higher than those on pre-vitrectomy. Factors influencing patients＇ quality of life included family support （t = 3.59, P〈0.05）, social support （t=4.12, P〈0.05）, age （F=7.66, P〈0.05）, educational level （F=6.51, P〈0.05）, course of disease （F = 12.05, P 〈 0.05）, and blood glucose level （F = 11.87, P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Quality of life of diabetic retinopathy patients is significantly improved after receiving a vitrectomy. However, family and social supports are the determining factors that fully enhance the quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
