摘 要:目的探讨锌对高脂饮食大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常饲料组和高脂饲料组,喂养17周,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c),建立高脂血症模型。再将正常饲料组(正常大鼠)和高脂饲料组(高脂血症大鼠)分别随机分为5组:分别按锌剂量0、5、10、15、30 mg/kg·bw灌胃7周。检测血清TC、TG、HDL-c、游离脂肪酸(FFA)。结果喂养17周后,高脂饲料组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c水平均高于正常饲料组,血清HDL-c水平低于正常饲料组,高脂血症造模成功。锌干预7周后,高脂血症大鼠10、15mg剂量组灌胃后血清TC、LDL-c水平明显低于其他各剂量组;30 mg剂量组灌胃后正常大鼠和高脂血症大鼠血清TG水平均高于灌胃前、血清HDL-c水平明显低于其他各剂量组。结论锌对高脂饲料喂养的大鼠脂代谢异常有一定的改善作用,10、15 mg/kg·bw的干预剂量可以缓解高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-c的升高及HDL-c的降低,但30 mg/kg·bw剂量可使血清TG水平升高及HDL-c水平降低。OBJECTIVE The effects of zinc on lipid metabolism in rats fed a high-fat diet were investigated. METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into a regular chow group and a high-fat chow group, and were both fed for 17 weeks. Levels of serum TC, TG, and HDL-c in the rats were measured to establish a hyperlipidemia model. Thereafter, the regular chow group (normal rats) and the high-fat chow group (hyperlipdemia rats) were randomly divided into 5 groups and oral garaged for another 7 weeks with 0, 5, 10, 15, and 30 mg/kg-bw of zinc, respectively. Serum TC, TG, HDL-e, and FFA levels in the rats were determined. RESULTS After 17 weeks of high-fat diet, levels of serum TC, TG, and LDL-c in rats fed with high-fat chow were higher than those in the regular chow group, whereas serum HDL-c level in the high-fat chow group was lower than that in the regular chow group, indicating that the hyperlipidemia model was successfully established. After 7 weeks of zinc intervention, serum TC and LDL-c levels in hyperlipidemia rats garaged with 10 and 15 mg/kg of zinc were significantly lower than those in other zinc dosage groups. Average level of serum TG in regular rats and hyperlipidemia rats after 30 mg/kg of zinc treatment was higher than that before the treatment, and serum HDL-c level of the 30 mg dosage group was significantly lower than that of any other dosage groups. CONCLUSION Zinc is demonstrated to improve abnormal lipid metabolism in rats fed a high-fat diet; more specifically, 10 and 15 mg/kg.bw of zinc intervention may alleviate the increase of serum TC and LDL-c and decrease of HDL-c in hyperlipidemia rats, while 30 mg/kg.bw of zinc may improve serum TG level and reduce HDL-c level.
