广西异地就医管理的探索与困境

摘　　要：为解决异地就医报销难的问题,在规范异地就医管理制度的基础上,广西积极探索异地就医结算方式,试行区内医保一卡通,与海南、广东进行区域协作、委托结算。但是这些探索只是在小范围内进行,医保一卡通的推行进程缓慢,区域协作的范围有待扩大。今后,广西需要迈开异地就医探索的步伐,继续加强区域协作,逐步实现医保的省级统筹和区内医保一卡通。To facilitate the reimbursement process for remote medical treatments, the Province of Guangxi has been actively seeking effective billing procedures for remote medical treatments and improving the related management system. The Medicare Pass program, involving regional collaborations with Hainan and Guangdong and closing cost calculation performed by the two provinces, has been implemented in certain designated areas in Guangxi. However, these explorations were only conducted in small areas; furthermore, implementation of the Medicare Pass program has been slow and expansion of regional collaborations is required. The Province of Guangxi shall continue to explore the challenges and solutions to remote medical treatments and strengthen regional collaborations, so to realize the integration of health insurance policies on a provincial level and the complete implementation of the Medicare Pass program.
