摘 要:目的探索本地区16~60周岁人群乙型肝炎血清学标志物模式的特征,完善乙型肝炎流行病学资料。方法无菌采集5 ml新鲜人静脉血,采用ELISA试剂盒法完成乙型肝炎血清学标志物的检测,统计检测结果,使用Stata9.0软件进行分析。结果该人群HBsAg携带率为5.6%,非妊娠者出现HBVM模式17种,常见模式(构成比﹥1%)7种,妊娠女性HBVM模式6种(构成比﹥1%)。常见模式及16~30年龄段常见模式中男女构成比存在统计学差异(P﹤0.05),妊娠女性与16~40年龄段非妊娠女性的模式1构成比亦存在统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论模式5、模式1和模式2成为常见模式中影响男女构成比的重要因素。OBJECTIVE Characteristics of the model for serological markers of hepatitis B virus in men and women between the age of 16 and 60 from this region were explored to improve the epidemiological data of hepatitis B. METHODS 5 ml of fresh venous blood was collected in aseptic conditions. Serological markers of hepatitis B virus in the blood samples were detected by using an ELISA kit, followed by statistical analyses performed by the Stata 9.0 software. RESULTS HBsAg-positive rate among the tested subjects was 5.6%. 17 HBVM models were identified among non-pregnant subjects, with 7 common models (constituent ratio 〉 1% ) and 6 female HBVM models (constituent ratio 〉 1%). Statistical differences in constituent ratio of male and female existed between common models and those for 16-30 years old subjects (P 〈 0.05). Constituent ratio of model 1 in pregnant female and non-pregnant female between the age of 16 and 40 also exhibited statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Model 5, model 1, and model 2 are the key factors influential to the constituent ratio of male and female in common models.
