摘 要:研究了天然骨料拱坝全级配混凝土的力学性能、变形性能、热学性能和抗渗性能,并对比了全级配混凝土与湿筛混凝土之间的性能差异。试验结果表明:180 d龄期全级配混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度、轴心抗拉强度、极限拉伸值、抗压弹模和干缩率分别为湿筛混凝土的80%、105%、77%、65%、114%、46%左右;120d龄期以后,全级配混凝土的自生体积收缩变形约为湿筛混凝土的50%;不同加荷龄期,全级配混凝土的徐变度均低于通过湿筛混凝土试验换算所得的全级配混凝土徐变度,约为后者的87%;天然骨料混凝土的线膨胀系数较高,全级配混凝土略低于湿筛混凝土;抗渗等级大于P10,抗渗性能较好。The mechanics,deformation,thermal properties and permeability of fully-graded arch dam concrete using natural aggregate,and contrasts with those of wet-screened concrete were studied.The results showed that,on the 180 d age,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial tensile strength,ultimate tensile value,compressive elastic modulus and dry shrinkage of fully-graded concrete were about 80%,105%,77%,65%,114% and 46% respectively of wet-screened concrete;autogenous volume shrinkage deformation of the former was about 50% of the latter after 120 d age;the creep degrees of the fully-graded concrete at different loading age were below than the values conversion through the wet-screened concrete test,which was about 87% of the latter;linear thermal expansion coefficient of natural aggregate concrete was higher,fully-graded concrete slightly lower than wet-screened concrete;anti-permeability level of fully-graded concrete greater than P10,impermeable performance was good.
