摘　　要：文章以跨域治理理论为基础,分析公共危机信息跨域治理的必要性,探讨了跨域治理在公共危机信息管理中的作用,并结合跨域治理说明公共危机信息管理模式的要素,构建了基于跨域治理的公共危机信息管理模式。Based on the crossdomain governance theory, this paper firstly analyzes the necessity of crossdomain governance of public crisis information. Then it discusses the role of crossdomain governance in public crisis information management, and ex plains the key elements of public crisis information management in combination with crossdomain governance. Finally, the paper constructs the public crisis information management model based on crossdomain governance.
