摘　　要：在介绍战略运算能力与知识型员工信息行为的研究进展基础上,分析Web 3.0网络特征,进而构建基于Web 3.0的知识型企业员工网络信息平台,详细分析平台模块功能和运营流程。最后,对企业知识型员工网络信息平台实例进行应用分析。Based on the description of the progress of research on ASCI and the information behavior of knowledge employees, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Web 3.0 network, and constructs a Web 3. 0-based network information platform for the employees of knowledge enterprise. Then the paper gives a detailed analysis of the functions of the modules and the operating process of the platform. Finally, the paper makes an application analysis of the example of the network information platform for the knowledge employees of the enterprise.
