中药制剂对消化性溃疡QOUH及EGF、TNF-α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药制剂对消化性溃疡溃疡愈合质量及EGF、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:选择60例HP阳性消化性溃疡患者,随机分为常规治疗组和中药制剂治疗组各30例,常规治疗组给予三联疗法,中药制剂治疗组在常规治疗组治疗的基础上同时服用中药制剂,治疗结束后复查胃镜及相关检测指标,1年后进行随访。结果:治疗前两组患者EGF、TNF-α表达无明显差异,治疗后,两组患者EGF表达均较治疗前明显提高,TNF-α表达均较治疗前明显降低,并且治疗后中药制剂治疗组EGF表达明显高于常规治疗组,TNF-α表达明显低于常规治疗组。中药制剂治疗组愈合率、HP根除率明显高于常规治疗组。1年后随访,中药制剂治疗组复发率明显低于常规治疗组。结论:中药制剂是消化性溃疡治疗中的有效药物,能够提高溃疡愈合质量,降低复发,其机制可能与提高EGF,降低TNF-α有关。Objective ：To investigate effects of TCM preparation in the quality of ulcer healing and the expressions of EGF and TNF -α. Methods ：60 cases of peptic ulcer with infection of Helicobacter pylori（HP） were randomly divided in- to the routine therapy group and the TCM preparation treatment group with 30 cases in each group. The routine therapy group was treated with triple therapy. On the basis of the routine therapy group, the TCM preparation treatment group took TCM preparation. Endoscopy and related indexes were examined 6 weeks and 1 year later in both two groups. Results ： Be- fore treatment, the expressions of EGF and TNF -α showed no difference between the two groups. After treatment, the ex- pression of EGF was increased variously than before, and the expression of TNF-α was reduced variously than before. After treatment, the expression of EGF in TCM preparation treatment group was higher than the routine therapy group, while the expression of TNF-α was much lower than that of the routine therapy group. The healing rate of the TCM prep- aration treatment group was higher than that of routine therapy group. The healing rate and the H pylori eradication rate of the TCM preparation treatment group were higher than that of routine therapy group. The recurrence rate of the TCM prep- aration treatment group was much lower than that of routine therapy group. Conclusion ： TCM preparation is one effective drug for treating peptic ulcer. It can improve the quality of ulcer healing and induce the recurrence rate. The mechanism may be related to increasing EGF and reducing TNF-α.
