血清β-淀粉样蛋白40与2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨T2DM患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白40(Aβ1-40)水平与T2DM轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的关系。方法用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)中文版测评糖尿病患者的认知功能,并检测其血清Aβ1-40水平。结果 MCI组的糖尿病病程、FPG(9.20±3.35)mmol/L、HbA_1c(7.27±1.7)%、Aβ-40[224.83(124.86,273.39)pg/ml]高于对照(NMCI)组(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,FPG、C-P和Aβ1-40(β=-0.23,P=0.02)是MoCA评分的影响因素,MoCA(β=-0.22,P=0.04)评分和HbA_1 c(β=0.27,P=0.01)是Aβ1-40的影响因素。结论 Aβ1-40升高可能是T2DM患者发生认知功能障碍的危险因素。Objective To analyze the relationship between the serum β-amyloid peptide 40 （Aβ1-40） levels and mild cognitive impairment （MCI） in the T2DM patients. Methods Montreal Cognitive Assessment （Beijing Version） was applied for determination of cognitive function of the subjects. Ninety- two T2DM patients with MCI （MCI group） and 40 with normal cognitive function （control group） were enrolled in this study. ELISA was applied to measure the serum Aβ1-40 concentrations of the subjects. Results The duration of T2DM,the levels of FPG （9.20±3.35） mmol/L, HbAlc （7.27±1.74）%, and AI31-40 [224.83 （124.86,273.39） pg/ml] were significantly higher in the MCI group than in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The multivariate logistic analysis showed that the FPG, C-P, and A131-40 （β=-0.23, β=0. 02） were the influencing factors for MoCA score. MoCA （β=-0. 22, P=0. 04） score and HbAlc （β=0.27, P=0.01） were the influencing factors of Aβ1-40. Conclusion Elevated Aβ1-40 could be a risk factor for MCI development in the T2DM patients.
