摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病患者轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment with Parkinson’s disease,PDMCI)的特点和简易精神状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)在帕金森病患者认知功能评价中的应用价值。方法采用MMSE、MoCA评测57例PD患者与30例正常老年人,并采用运动功能指标、年龄、性别、发病时间、受教育水平等可能影响PD患者认知功能的因素评估其对认知影响的程度。结果 MoCA对认知障碍的检出率大于MMSE。PD患者MoCA总分较正常老年人低(P<0.05),PD患者与正常组相比存在视空间与执行功能、抽象理解、延迟回忆功能的损害(P<0.05)。结论 PD患者存在视空间与执行功能、抽象理解、延迟回忆功能的损害,MoCA可作为老年PD患者认知障碍有效的筛查工具,能较早地发现PD-MCI。Objective To investigate the characteristics of mild cognitive impairment and the evaluation value of Montreal cognitive assessment（MoCA） and the mini-mental state examination（MMSE） in Parkinson＇s disease cognitive function.Methods Data from 57 patients with PD and 30 controls were analysed.The patients were estimated by using MoCA and MMSE,meanwhile,the probable effecting factors,such as motor symptom indexes,age,sex,time of onset,educational level and so on were also examed to assess cognitive function.Results The detection range of cognitive impairment of MoCA was much wider than that of MMSE.MoCA total score of the PD group was lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）,PD patients existed mainly as executive or visuospatial impairments,abstract thinking,delayed recall fluency damage compared to the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Executive or visuospatial impairments,abstract thinking and delayed recall fluency dysfunction existed in PD patients,and MoCA,which can early recognize cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson＇s disease,was an effective screening means for the old PD groups.
