基于聚类分析的河南荷花品种资源分类

摘　　要：借助DPS软件对127个荷花品种进行聚类分析。根据遗传距离将127个荷花品种划分为两大类,依据各品种的相似性状,细分为11小类;聚类分析对于荷花品种间的亲缘关系和遗传多样性的研究是有效合理的,能为修改和改进分类提供帮助,减少育种和生产的盲目性。An investigation was conducted to take cluster analysis on 127 lotus cuhivars by the statistical software DPS. With cluster analysis based on genetic distance, 127 lotus eultivars can be divided into two groups, and 11 sub-culture groups can be divided into by similar properties. The study was to explore the relationshiop among lotus euhivars and its genetic di- versity to provide the help in modifying and improving classification and reducing the blindness of breeding and producing.
