摘 要:建立了涡旋振荡辅助离子液体革取一高效液相色谱法测定食品接触材料中苯酚、双酚A和对叔丁基苯酚迁移量的分析方法。应用疏水性离子液体[C6mim][PF6]萃取食品接触材料水和3%乙酸(w/v)浸泡液中的溶出酚,考察了涡旋时间、盐浓度、样品溶液相与离子液体相体积比、溶液pH等因素对苹取效率的影响。苯酚、双酚A和对叔丁基苯酚在0.08~2.0mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性,回收率在91.3%-104.9%之间,检出限(S/N=3)为0.04、0.02、0.02mg/L。用于测定聚碳酸酯(PC)杯样品中的酚类迁移量获得了满意的结果。A novel method for the determination of three phenolic compounds, such as phenol, bisphenol A and p-tert-butylphenol, has been developed by vortex-assisted ionic liquid extraction couple with high- performance liquid chromatography. An ionic liquid, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C6mim][PF6]), was used to extract three phenolic compounds from the water and 3% acetic acid (w/ v)) soaking solution for food contact materials. Extraction parameters including extractant, vortex time, salt concentration, the volume ratio of extraction solvent to aqueous phase and solution pH have been investigated in details. The method has been found to have good linear relationship between in the range of 0.08-2.0 mg/L. Recoveries of the six primary aromatic amines were in the range of 89.2%-115.5%, limits of detection (SIN=3) were 0.04 mg/L,0.02 mg/L and 0.04 mg/L. The proposed method was fast, simple and efficient, and has been successfully applied to analyze PC cup samples with satisfactory results.
