摘 要:目的探讨留守经历对大学生主观幸福感与社会支持的影响,为促进其心理健康提供理论依据。方法随机整群抽取河南省3所地方高校274名有留守经历和684名无留守经历大学生,使用总体幸福感量表和社会支持评定问卷进行调查。结果有留守经历大学生主观支持、支持利用度和总社会支持得分均显著低于无留守经历组(P值均<0.01)。有留守经历大学生对生活的满足和兴趣、精力2个因子得分显著低于无留守经历组(P值均<0.05)。有留守经历大学生的总体主观幸福感、对生活的满足和兴趣、精力、忧郁或愉快的心境及对行为和情感的控制得分与社会支持各维度得分均呈正相关,松弛或紧张因子与支持利用度和总社会支持正相关(P值均<0.05)。主观支持和支持利用度是有留守经历大学生总体主观幸福感、对生活的满足和兴趣、精力、忧郁或愉快的心境及松弛和紧张因子的重要影响因素;主观支持是对行为和情感的控制因子的影响因素。结论有留守经历大学生社会支持低于无留守经历大学生,主观感受上的社会支持对其主观幸福感影响更大。因此在为留守经历大学生提供情感等方面的主观支持,改善其社会支持状况,从而提高其主观幸福感水平。Objective To explore the influencing factors of the social support and subjective well-being of the college students who had the left-behind experience.Methods General Well-being Questionnaires and Social Support Rating Scale were conducted among a random sample of 274 college students with left-behind experience and 684 ones with non-left-behind from three local universities in Henan.Results The subjective support,availability support and the total social support of college students who had left-behind experience were significantly lower than ones that had non-left-behind experience(P0.01).Positive relation was found among the score of every factors of social support and the total subjective well-being of ones with left-behind experence,satisfaction and interesting of life,energy,happy or gloomy mood,as well as control factors including behavior and emotion(P0.01).Subjective support and support availability were important factors of subjective well-being,satisfaction and interesting of life,energy,happy or gloomy mood,nerves or relax(P0.05).And subjective support was the influencing factors of control factors including behavior and emotion.Conclusion The social support of the college students with left-behind experience are lower than the other ones.What is more,the subjective support has much more influence to subjective well-being.
