摘 要:针对纺织企业异纤难以检测的问题,提出一种采用单个绿色调制光源、3个硅光电池规则排列检测异纤和纱疵的方案。通过对硅光电池接收的反射和透射信号进行对比,分析纱线颜色和直径的变化,判断纱线是否存在异纤和纱疵。同时建立了数学模型,基于H∞滤波方法采用MatLab软件进行仿真实验。结果证明,该算法对纱线表面亮度信号检测和纱线直径信号检测的信号突变更加敏感,并可跟踪异色百分比的变化,所设计的异纤和纱疵检测方案切实可行,H∞滤波算法可有效提高异色疵点和粗细节疵点的检测精度。To solve the problem of the difficulty in detecting foreign fibers in textile enterprises,a technical solution was put forward,in which a single green modulated light and three silicon photocells regularly arrayed were adopted.It can detect foreign fibers and yarn faults by means of contrasting the reflection and transmission signals received by the silicon photocells and analyzing the color and diameter changes of yarn.A mathematical model was established,and the simulation experiment was made based on H∞ filter using software MatLab.The results proved that the algorithm is more sensitive to signal singularity of the surface brightness signal and the diameter signal of yarn,and can also track the color change on a percentage scale.It is further confirmed that the scheme of detecting foreign fibers and yarn faults is feasible,and the H∞ filter algorithm can effectively improve the detection precision of yarn faults such as color change and heavy and thin fiber.
