摘  要:以氯化锡、氨水和硫酸为反应物,经化学沉淀、硫酸浸渍、煅烧制备了SO42-/SnO2固体酸催化剂,并采用XRD、TEM、FTIR、TG、低温氮气吸脱附、Hammett指示剂法等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明:SO42-/SnO2固体酸催化剂晶相为四方晶型SnO2,粒径在10~30 nm范围内,比表面积为11.2~131.4 m2/g。硫酸根与表面锡配位形成了螯合和桥式两种超强酸活性位,其数量随促进剂硫酸浓度的升高而增大,500℃煅烧的固体酸样品具有高硫酸根负载量和超强酸活性位,升高煅烧温度导致硫酸根部分分解流失。SO42-/SnO2固体酸催化大麻籽油水解合成脂肪酸的反应活性,随其酸强度和酸性位数量的增加而升高,油脂转化率达到95%。Solid acid SO4^2-/SnO2 catalyst was prepared by chemical precipitation, sulfuric acid impregna- tion and calcination process with tin chloride, ammonia and sulfuric acid as raw materials, and character- ized by XRD, TEM, FTIR, TG, nitrogen adsorption and desorption and Hammett indicator method. The results showed that solid acid SO42-/SNO2 presented the tetragonal SnO2 phase with particle size 10 -30 nm and specific surface area 11.2 - 131.4 m2/g. Sulfate radical could be combined with tin through che- late and bridge connection to form the super acidic active sites. The amount of the super acidic active sites increased with the increase of sulfuric acid concentration. The solid acid SO42-/SnO2 sample cal- cined at 500 ℃ exhibited high sulfate radical loading amount and super acidic active sites. Increasing calcination temperature led to partial decomposition of the sulfate radical. Catalytic activity of solid acid SO^-/SnO2 in the hydrolysis reaction of hempseed oil increased with the increase of acid strength and amount of acidic sites, and the hempseed oil conversion could reach 95 %.
