摘 要:针对架棚支护的煤巷掘进过程中综掘与支护不协调的问题,提出悬臂式掘进机机载式多功能施工平台功能要求,并确定了多功能施工平台设计方案。使用三维建模有限元软件,对多功能平台进行稳态动力学响应仿真分析,对各承载件的受力进行分析与校核,模拟结果及力学计算表明多功能平台设计完全符合各项技术指标。现场应用表明,该平台与综掘机械配套合理,为架棚支护施工提供了安全的蹬踏基础,实现了机械挑梁,提高了架棚支护的机械化程度,提高了支护作业效率。According to the asynergic problem between the fully mechanized driving and the gateway support occurred in the driving process of the seam gateway with the frame shield support,the functional requirements of the attached type multi function construction platform in the boom type roadheader were provided and a design plan of the multi-function construction platform was determined.With the 3D modeling finite element software applied,a simulation analysis of the steady-state dynamics response was conducted on the multi function platform,an analysis and check were conducted on the stress of each loading part and the simulation results and the mechanics calculation showed that the design of the multi -function platform could fully meet each technical index.The site application showed that the platform could be rationally matched with the fully mechanized driving machinery,could provide a safety standing basis for the construction of the frame shield support,could have a mechanical beam building,could improve the mechanized degree of the frame shield support and could improve the support operation efficiency.
