摘　　要：通过分析中西方医学伦理学发展道路的差异,提出我国的医学伦理审查制度虽源于西方,但因为医学伦理思想起源、人种间文化信仰及医学发展和科学模式的不同,该制度应用于我国时不能"生搬硬套",需"和而不同"的理念,并论述建设符合我国国情的伦理审查平台的现状及意义,同时强调对研究者伦理培训的重要性。Through the analysis on different development paths of western and Chinese medical ethics,this article proposed to construct the Chinese medical ethical review system.Although the medical ethical review system was originated in western countries,due to different origins of medical ethical thoughts,different cultures and beliefs among races,as well as different medical and science development models,the application of western medical eth ical review system should not be ＂mechanically＂ used in China.The application should follow the idea of ＂har monization with differences.＂ This article discussed on current status and significance of the construction of an ethical review platform which is suitable to the national conditions of China.It was also emphasized on the im portance of ethics training among researchers.
