FEZ1在头颈部恶性肿瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的了解F37/Es ophageal cancer-related gene-coding leucine-zippermotif(FEZI)蛋白在头颈部恶性肿瘤及头颈部正常组织中的表达情况。方法通过免疫组织化学方法(IHC)检测各标本中FEZ1蛋白的表达情况。结果 FEZ1蛋白在头颈部正常组织中的阳性表达率为(90.32%),头颈部恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率为51.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.520,P<0.05);FEZ1蛋白在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期头颈部恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为55.56%、47.37%、52.63%和57.14%,各期间阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FEZ1蛋白在高分化头颈部恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率为76.19%,在中、低分化头颈部恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率为44.12%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.609,P<0.05)。结论 FEZ1蛋白的低表达与头颈部恶性肿瘤的发生有关,与头颈部恶性肿瘤的分化程度呈正相关。Objectives To investigate the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene FEZ1protein in head and neck cancer（HNC）and normal tissues.Methods The protein expression of FEZ1was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of FEZ1protein in normal tissues（90.32%）was significantly higher than that in HNC（51.69%）（P0.05）.The positive rate of FEZ1 protein in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ were 55.56%,47.37%,52.63%and 57.14%,respectively,and there were not significantly different among four stages（P0.05）.The positive expression rate of FEZ1protein in high grade（76.19%）was significantly higher than that in middle and low grades（44.12%）（P0.05）.Conclusion It was initially proved that the low expression of FEZ1protein has close relationship with the carcinogenesis of HNC.It was initially certificated that the low expression of FEZ1protein has a positive relationship with the degrees of differentiation of HNC.
