超声引导射频消融联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导射频消融联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效。方法根据治疗方式的不同,将120例子宫腺肌症患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用子宫腺肌病灶切除手术治疗,观察组采用超声引导射频消融联合米非司酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后子宫体积、痛经及经量的变化。结果两组患者治疗后子宫体积均较治疗前明显缩小,且观察组患者子宫体积缩小程度更为显著;观察组患者痛经治疗总有效率显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗后经量均较治疗前明显减少,且观察组患者经量减少程度显著大于对照组。结论超声引导射频消融联合米非司酮能显著缩小子宫腺肌症患者的子宫体积,缓解痛经、减少经量,其疗效显著优于病灶切除术。Objective To analyze clinical effects of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation combined with mifepristone for treating adenomyosis. Methods According to different treatment methods, 120 patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were treated with adenomyosis excision, while those in observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation combined with mifepristone. The changes of uterine volume, dysmenorrhea, and menstrual amount in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the uterine volumes in two groups obviously reduced compared with treatment before, and the reduction of uterine volume in observation group was more significant. The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea in patients of observation group was markedly higher than those of control group. After treatment, the menstrual amount in two groups was obviously reduced compared with treatment before, and the reduction of menstrual amount in observation group was larger. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation combined with mifepristone can effectively reduce the uterine volume of patients with adenomyosis, alleviate dysmenorrhea, and decrease menstrual volume. Its therapeutic effect is superior to adenomyosis excision.
