摘 要:目的探讨内镜下经皮胃造瘘术(PEG)对脑梗塞患者营养及生活质量的改善情况。方法对20例行PEG患者进行回顾性分析,观察患者PEG置管前后营养指标改善情况、并发症发生情况、生活质量评分变化情况。结果术后患者白细胞数量较术前明显下降,淋巴细胞数目和总蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白及白蛋白水平明显增加,体质量减轻情况得到控制。20例患者中,肺部感染的发生率由PEG术前的65.0%降低至术后15.0%。术后出现造瘘口周围皮肤红肿、低热、腹泻和局部疼痛各1例,经对症处理后症状均得到缓解。患者术后心理健康评分、生理健康评分、社会功能评分及生理功能评分均有明显提高。结论 PEG术后患者营养状况明显改善,体质量指数增加,营养指标明显改善,生活质量提高。Objective To explore the improved condition of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) on nutrition and life quality of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Twenty patients underwent PEG was retrospectively analyzed with the improvement of nutritive index, complications and variation of life quality before and after PEG. Results After PEG, white blood cells decreased, while lymphocytes, level of total protein, hemoglobin, transferrin and albumin increased evid6ntly after operation with controlled body weights. Of the 20 patients, pulmonary infection rate decreased from 65.0% to 15.0% after PEG with ] skin swelling around stomal, 1 low heat, 1 diarrhea and 1 local pain that were relieved by symptomatic treatment respectively. Psychological and physiological health and social and physiological function all improved significantly after PEG. Conclusion The nutritional condition of patients is improved significantly after PEG, body mass index increased, and nutritive index and life quality ameliorated.
