摘　　要：针对目前多媒体GIS发展趋势和超媒体的技术特点,通过对超媒体、地理超媒体以及城市建设档案特点和信息组织要求的分析,阐述了超媒体地理信息技术在城市建设档案管理中的应用,提出了城市建设档案地理超媒体数据模型,并描述了数据处理过程和实现的具体功能。Taking into account the fast development of multimedia GIS and the characteristics of hypermedia technique, this paper has explored the application of hypermedia geographic information technology in the management of urban construction archives. Firstly, we introduced hypermedia and geographic hypermedia, and analyzed the characteristics of urban construction archives and the demand of information organizing. Then we put forward a geographic hypermedia data model for urban construction archives, and described data processing and specific achieved functions.
