青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的发生原因及处理方法。方法 126例(168眼)青光眼患者均行常规小梁切除术,对不同程度的浅前房进行病因分析并予以相应处理。结果 168眼术后出现浅前房54眼,发生率32.1%;滤过过强和脉络膜脱离是浅前房的主要原因。结论浅前房是青光眼术后早期主要并发症,多数浅前房可通过非手术治疗恢复,必要时需采取手术治疗。Objective To explore the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.Methods Routine trabeculectomy was performed on 126 patients（168 eyes）suffered from glaucoma.Causes of shallow anterior chamber were analyzed and proper treatments were supplied with.Results Shallow anterior chamber was found postoperatively in 54 eyes.Over fluent drainage and choroid detachment were the main causes of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.Conclusion Shallow anterior chamber is the main complication in early stage after trabeculectomy.Most cases of shallow anterior chamber can be recovered by non-operation treatment,but surgery can be applied if necessary.
