摘　　要：阐述了工程机械中液压挖掘机用高压多路阀清砂的意义,通过对现有清砂技术的分析,制定出从铸件→打磨→震动清砂→抛丸→中压气体吹→加工→冲洗的清砂工艺路线,并在实际生产中得到了成功应用。The significance of removing sand in high pressure multiple control valves used for hydraulic excavator in construction machinery was expounded. Through analysis of the existing sand removal technology, a technology process from casting →polishing →shock sand removing →shot blast →medium pressure gas blowing →machining →flushing was worked out. It is applied perfectly in actual production.
