摘　　要：侦查公开的对象包括涉案人员、其他司法机关、社会大众等,其中对涉案人员中的被害人以及社会大众的公开由于法律规制弱、容易引发社会探讨、发展滞后等因素引发了一些社会问题,从而备受关注。侦查公开目前在我国有实施的依据和基础,已成为侦查机关不可回避的问题。The objects of the open of investigation include the individuals involved with the case, other judicial authorities and the public. The open to the victim and the public causes some social problems and attracts much attention because of the weak legal regulation, the easiness in causing social discussion and the lagged development. At present, there are performing foundation and basis for the open of investigation, which has become an unavoidable problem.
