摘　　要：目的探讨3M Z350纳米树脂对关闭前牙间隙的临床疗效。方法将100例需关闭前牙间隙者随机分为两组,每组各50例。实验组使用Z350纳米树脂修复间隙,对照组使用VOCO复合树脂修复间隙,观察修复半年、1年、2年的临床疗效。结果术后半年,两组充填体术后成功率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);术后1年,实验组成功率98%,对照组成功率80%,两组术后成功率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);术后2年,实验组成功率94%,对照组成功率75%,两组术后成功率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论使用Z350纳米树脂关闭前牙间隙成功率高,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the 3M Z350 nano-composite in restorating maxillary anterior teeth space.Methods One hundred patients in need of restoration of anterior teeth space were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.Experimental group used Z350 nano resin for teeth space restoration,but control group was treated with composite resin VOCO for front teeth.The clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results The surgical success rate of the two groups was of no significant difference in both groups after 6 months（P 0.05）,but significant difference was found between two groups 1 year and 2 years after repairing（P 0.05）.Conclusions Z350 nano resin for repair of anterior teeth space has high successful rate,and is worthy of application.
