郴州烟区柠檬黄烟叶等级合格率调查研究

摘　　要：针对郴州烟区柠檬黄烟叶工商交接等级合格率较低的现状,对2009—2012年国家烟草专卖局对郴州烟叶工商交接等级质量监督检查资料进行综合比较分析。结果表明:综合等级与柠檬黄等级在混橘黄色这项不合格因素上两者相差21个百分点。柠檬黄烟叶等级合格率不高的主要原因是柠檬黄烟叶成包与储存过程易发生棕色化反应等方面问题。最后提出收购时注意把握烟叶颜色界限,加快调拨速度,减少储存时间,降低棕色化反应对烟叶的影响等解决方法。Aiming at the present situation of lower grading quality of lemon-yellow leaf daring industry-commerce hand-over,the quality supervision and inspection data（2009--2012）of Chenzhou tobacco-growing areas from the state tobacco monopoly administration were compared and analyzed synthetically. The results showed that the difference of 21% was found between the ranks of comprehensive grade and lemon-yellow grade in the orange leaves of unqualified factor. The main reason which led to higher unqualified ratio of tobacco leaves was brown reaction easily occurring in the package and storage in the lemon-yellow leaves. At last ,we could cut down the effects of brown reaction by leaf color diagnosis, speed up allocate and transfer and reduce storage in the purchasing process of tobacco leaves.
