摘  要:漂浮式风力、洋流、太阳能综合发电平台的风力涡轮机和洋流涡轮机,分别连接双转子发电机的内转子和外转子,这两个涡轮机的叶片安装方向相反,在外力的作用下,带动发电机的内外转子逆向旋转,其电能与整体平台上的太阳能电池板发出的电能整流输送到中央储电装置中.推进器通过接收动力定位系统控制器的指令而改变运转方向、转速或叶片的螺矩,以调节浮体位置.本设计可组合成蜂窝状进行阵列式开发.该平台结构稳定,且空间利用率高,可对深海中钻井平台以及孤立岛屿进行供电.This paper designed a kind of floating type wind,current,solar integrated power platform,which includes floating structures,wind turbines,ocean currents turbines,dual rotor generator and solar panels.Wherein wind turbines and ocean current turbines are respectively connected to the double rotor generator of the inner rotor and the outer rotor,the two turbine blade mounting in the opposite direction under the action of external force,the reverse rotation of the inner and outer rotor driven by the generator,the power and the overall platform the solar panels on energy emitted rectifier is fed to a central electricity storage device.Propeller changes the direction of rotation,speed or blade pitch of the propeller to adjust the position of the floating body through receiving the command from dynamic positioning system controller.This design can be combined into multiple cellular for array type development,and the structure is of high space utilization rate and stable,large scale development of offshore wind energy,ocean current energy and solar energy can become possible,and having a great influence on the power supply to deep drilling platform and isolated island.
