摘 要:目的 探讨P53基因Codon 72位点多态性与前列腺癌易感性的关系.方法 使用数据库检索相关文献,按纳入标准搜索研究P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro多态性与前列腺癌易感性相关的文献,采用STATA软件进行统计分析.结果 共有1706例前列腺癌患者和2455名对照个体被纳入当前荟萃分析.分析表明P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro多态性与前列腺癌易感性无显著相关(等位基因比P=0.406,OR=1.07,95% CI:0.92~1.24;显性模式P=0.166,OR=1.05,95% CI:0.98~1.13;隐性模式P=0.462,OR=0.87,95% CI:0.61~1.25).结论 P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro基因多态性与前列腺癌无明显相关性.Objective To study the correlation between P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism and prostate cancer risk.Methods PubMed database was utilized to search articles relative to association between P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism and prostate cancer risk.All the statistical analysis was performed by STATA software.Results 1706 prostate cancer patients and 2455 control subjects were included in the meta-analysis.No association was observed in the overall analysis (allelic contrast:P=0.406,OR=1.07,95% CI:0.92-1.24; dominant genetic model:P=0.166,OR=1.05,95% CI:0.98-1.13; recessive genetic model:P=0.462,0R=0.87,95% CI:0.61-1.25).Conclusion P53 Codon 72 Arg/Pro polymorphism may not be correlated with prostate cancer.
