摘　　要：本文系统地阐述了华北科技学院办学指导思想和办学定位、教育教学思想观念以及校园文化和大学精神,对校风、教风、学风进行了更为深入的提炼,为建设高水平大学奠定扎实的思想基础。The university ideas of NCIST such as the guide thoughts for running university and the orientation of the university and education or training talents conceptions as well as the campus culture and the spirits are systematically described in this article. The school spirit, teaching style and study style are refined furture, which lays the solid ideological foundation for the construction of high level university.
