摘 要:[目的]研究山黄皮果总黄酮体外清除自由基的活性。[方法]采用Fenton(邻二氮菲)法和邻苯三酚自氧化法(325 nm)评价山黄皮果总黄酮体外清除自由基活性,以Vit C为阳性对照品。[结果]山黄皮果总黄酮清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的EC50分别为58.7和23.5μg/ml,Vit C清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的EC50分别是128.8和77.6μg/ml,表明山黄皮果总黄酮的清除能力比Vit C强。[结论]山黄皮果总黄酮具有较强的体外清除自由基能力,是一种天然有效的自由基清除剂。[Objective] The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from the fruit of Clausena indica (Datz).Oliv.was determined.[Method]By using Fenton reaction and self-oxidation of 1,2,3-phentriolassay method(325 nm),the free radical scavenging activity of total flavonoids from the fruit of C.indica was evaluated with Vit C as positive CK.[Result] The results showed that flavonoids from the fruit of C.indica have strong scavenging free radical for hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion,their EC50 values are 58.7 μg/ml and 23.5 μg/ml respectively,and vitamin C has scavenging capabilities for hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion and DPPH free radical,its EC50 values are 128.8 and 77.6μg/ml respectively.[Conclusion] Total flavonoids from the fruit of C.indica have strong free radical scavenging ability.It is an effective natural free radical scavenger.
