摘　　要：通过对农业资源与环境专业教学团队建设的实践经验总结,从团队建设目标与理念、团队科学运作、实践教学体系改革、教材建设等方面提出了基本要求,以期为我国高校建设优秀教学团队提供理论与实践参考。By summarizing experiences of teaching team construction of agricultural resources and environment,basic requirements were put forward,including the target and idea of the teaching team,the scientific operation of teaching team,the reform of practical teaching system and the teaching material construction,etc.,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for constructing excellent teaching team.
