摘　　要：在织机断线检测仪中,为了检测出光电接收管输出的微小信号,并滤除其他噪声的影响,设计了一种高分辨率、高信噪比的差动式检测电路,该电路主要包括光电检测单元、放大及比较单元。经过电路仿真与实验验证表明该电路能实现对断线的实时判断,且准确率高,可靠性好,极大地提高了信噪比,是一种切实可行的检测电路方案。In the thread breakage detector for textile machine, a differential detection circuit with high resolution and SNR had been designed, with the purpose of detecting the tiny signal output from phototube and filtering the impact of noise, the circuit is mainly consist of photoelectric detection unit, magnify and compare unit.By the way of circuit simulation and experimental verification, it was indicated that the circuit could realize the real-time iudgment which was accompanied with high accuracy rate and great reliability, and improve the SNR vastly.h was a detection scheme which was feasible.
